Tender Description
The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) invites sealed bids for the installation of fire safety equipment in its server rooms located at HQ-1 and HQ-2 in Islamabad. This procurement is specific to the installation of FM 200 Fire Suppression Systems, including all related components and services, ensuring safety and compliance with technical standards.
Items being procured:
- FM 200 Fire Suppression System Firex UL listed HFC Gas Cylinder Capacity 15 Kg 33 lbs filled with Novac gas Firex UAE or equivalent (Quantity: 3)
- Installation of Sch 40 Pipe 1 inch dia 60 ft
- Nozzles for discharging gas
- Smoke Detectors C.Tec UK or equivalent
- Sounder / Flasher
- Control Panel for Extinguishing C.Tec UK or equivalent
- Installation, testing, commissioning, and configuration
The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the fire suppression system at the specified DRAP locations. The successful firm will also be required to sign a one-year warranty and follow-up agreement for maintenance and staff training at no additional cost.
