The tender invites sealed quotations for the installation and fixing of multiple SMD screens in Jinnah Hall at the Institute of Regional Studies Islamabad. The scope includes installation of fixed installation cabinets with specified screen sizes and technical specifications such as LED type, pixel pitch, refresh rate, brightness, and protection levels. The project requires delivery, installation, and commissioning with a 5-year warranty including free maintenance and troubleshooting.
Interested firms must be GST and NTN registered, active in the tax payer list with a vendor number in AGPR. The tender documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee and tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 05 January 2026 at 11:00 hours. The tender opening will be held the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives. A 2% earnest money deposit is required with the bid submission.
