Installation of Manholes Anti-Fall Safety Nets in Existing Manholes for WASA Bahawalpur

Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Bahawalpur invites e-bids from eligible contractors/firms registered with Punjab e-Procurement System, FBR and PRA (having Active Filer NTN and PNTN) for INSTALLATION OF THE MANHOLES ANTI-FALL SAFETY NETS IN EXISTING MANHOLES FOR WASA, BAHAWALPUR. Items being procured: - Installation of manholes anti-fall safety nets in existing manholes The procurement will be carried out through Punjab e-Procurement System of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidding documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. The open competitive bidding procedure will be adopted. Bids must be submitted on or before 04-09-2026 by 11:00 AM. E-Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. A digital bid security of 3.326 million PKR (5% of estimated cost) in favor of WASA Bahawalpur is required and must be verifiable on Punjab e-Procurement System. The procurement is governed under PPRA Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024, as amended. The Procuring Agency may reject any bid prior to acceptance under Rule-35 of PPRA Rules, 2014. Bidders must quote rates against each entry/item of DNIT/BOQs in their financial bids. Bids will remain valid for 120 days. Note: Some posts of sewer men, junior computer operator, assistant director (Engg), assistant director (IT), private secretary, assistant director (Legal), supervisor billing, and public relation officer are required for suitable candidates on daily wage basis. Bidders are advised to carefully review the e-Procurement System instructions and ensure timely submission of bids. Technical compliance and earnest money requirements must be strictly followed to avoid rejection.
