Installation of Pressure Pumps and Renewable Energy Integration in Various Masjids at Janakol, Asho Khel, Jawaki, Hassan Khel and Adjacent Area Peshawar

The Public Health Engineering Division-II, Peshawar, under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, is inviting bids for the installation of pressure pumps and renewable energy integration in various masjids located at Janakol, Asho Khel, Jawaki, Hassan Khel and adjacent areas in Peshawar. This tender is issued under ADP No: 251268 and follows the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014 using a single stage two envelopes procedure. Items being procured: - Installation of Pressure Pumps - Renewable Energy Integration The technical scope includes the installation of pressure pumps and integration of renewable energy systems at multiple masjid sites, ensuring improved water pressure and sustainable energy use. The project requires experienced contractors familiar with pump installation and renewable energy technologies, capable of working in the specified localities of Peshawar. Bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) and comply with all provincial government guidelines. Submission of Earnest Money in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is mandatory. The technical and financial bids must be uploaded through the EPADS portal (kp.eprocure.gov.pk) before the deadline. Physical submission of original bid security and non-refundable production charges of Rs. 2000/- is also required at the office of the undersigned via registered post/courier. The last date for bid submission is **5th August 2026 at 11:00 hours**. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Financial bids will be opened after evaluation of technical bids, and unqualified bidders' financial bids will be returned unopened.
