Installation and Rental of CCTV Cameras, PTZ Cameras, Walk Through Gates, Movie Cameras, Drone Cameras, Shuttering for Plugging of Streets, Barbed Wire, and Transport Services for Security and Allied Matters

The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Jhang invites qualified dealers, contractors, and firms registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority to submit bids for the provision of security and allied services on a rental basis for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers installation and rental of various security equipment and allied services to ensure safety during key events and routine security operations in Jhang. Items being procured: - Installation of Hik Vision CCTV Cameras (50 to 500 units) - PTZ Cameras 4 MP (5X Zoom) with power backup and online coverage - Walk Through Gates (18 Zone A+ Category, 4 to 25 units) - Movie Cameras (HD/MOV Cameras with instant power backup, 2 to 4 units) - Drone Cameras with at least 8 hours power backup (2 to 3 units) - Shuttering for Plugging of Streets on rental basis - Barbed Wire (5 to 50 rolls) - Transport services including Hi Roof, Hi Ace, Toyota XLI, Non-AC Bus 72 Seater, AC Bus 72 Seater, Mazda 18 Feet, Mazda 22 Feet on rental basis The technical scope includes installation, maintenance, and operation of CCTV and PTZ cameras, walk-through gates, movie and drone cameras, and physical security measures such as shuttering and barbed wire for plugging streets during events. Transport vehicles will be provided on rental basis for operational mobility. The services are required on a rental basis with power backup and online monitoring where applicable. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority, possess relevant experience in security equipment installation and event security management, and comply with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Bid Security at 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory. Bids will be accepted only from authorized dealers, stockists, contractors, or general order suppliers. The submission deadline is the end of July 2026, with the financial year 2026-27 as the contract period. Bidders should ensure complete documentation including technical and financial proposals, and submit bids in a single envelope as per the tender instructions. Late submissions or incomplete bids will be rejected.
