The Quetta Development Authority invites eligible bidders for the execution of multiple works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates on percentage basis. The procurement covers installation of solarized street lights and construction and cleaning of sewerage systems across various locations in Quetta. Items being procured: - Installation of Solarized Street Light for Hanna Urak, Killi Mirazai and others (Zarghoon Abad Phase-III) - BT Road & Sewerage System Killi Allah Abad Sibbi Road Main Gondi - BT Road & Sewerage System Killi Shakeel Abad Custom Steel Mill - BT Road & Sewerage System Sumalani Town - Missing Facilities Mosques Sariab surrounding areas (Qambrani road area) - Cleaning of sewerage system and repair of manhole of Bus Adda (sector-2) at Hazarganji Complex - BT Road & Sewerage System Main Gondi & Surrounding Areas - Installation of Solarized Street Light for Hanna Urak, Killi Mirazai and others (Mullahkhel Abad) - Construction of BT road side drain, sewerage line, solar street lights at Killi Asifabad Street No 1 to 6 Sariab and adjoining areas - Installation of solar street light at Block-C (sector-1) at Bus Adda (sector-2) at Hazarganji Complex - Installation of solar street light at Block-C (sector-2) at Zarghoon Housing Scheme - BT Road & Sewerage System Killi Sarday and Surrounding Areas - Cleaning of sewerage system and repair of manhole of Block-C (sector-2) at Zarghoon Housing Scheme - BT Road & Sewerage System Masriki Bahi Pass near Muhammadi Masjid - Installation of solar street light at Block-C (sector-1) at Zarghoon Housing Scheme - BT Road & Sewerage System Gohar Abad & surrounding areas - Cleaning of sewerage system and repair of manhole of Bus Adda (sector-1) at Hazarganji Complex - BT Road & Sewerage System Govt Boys Post Graduate Sariab Road - Installation of solar street light at Block-C (sector-1) at Bus Adda (sector-1) at Hazarganji Complex - BT Road & Sewerage System Killi Birou - BT Road & Sewerage System Kechi Baig and Surrounding Areas - Cleaning of sewerage system and repair of manhole of Block-C (Sector-1) at Zarghoon Housing Scheme - BT Road & Sewerage System Kamalo and Surrounding Areas. The scope includes civil construction and repair works for sewerage systems, installation of solar-powered street lighting, and cleaning and maintenance of manholes in various sectors and housing schemes of Quetta. The works require specialized materials and skilled labor to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. The project is significant in scale, covering multiple locations within Quetta city. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category and specialized code. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Experience of at least three similar assignments is mandatory. Financial capacity must be demonstrated with turnover figures for previous years as specified.
