Tender Description
The Public Health Engineering Division-II, Peshawar, invites qualified contractors to participate in the installation and sanitation works at Janakor, Asho Khel, Jawaki, Hassan Khel and adjacent areas under ADP No. 251268. This tender covers multiple packages including installation of pressure pumps and sanitation schemes in the specified localities. Items being procured:

The scope involves civil works related to sanitation infrastructure and installation of pumping equipment. The project requires adherence to technical specifications detailed in the Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD), which include Bidding Data, Bill of Quantities, and evaluation criteria. The works are to be executed at the site in Peshawar, ensuring compliance with local standards and environmental considerations.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status and comply with PEC categories as per the BSD. FBR and ATL registration are also mandatory. Experience in similar sanitation and pump installation projects will be advantageous.
The bid submission deadline is **10th August 2026** by 11:00 AM for technical bids, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via EPADS and physically deliver original bid securities and non-refundable bidding document fees of Rs. 2,000 in the form of Call Deposit Receipts (CDR) before the deadline. The financial bids of technically qualified bidders will be opened later as announced.
