The work requires compliance with composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis for the financial year 2026. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. They should have completed at least three assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 3,459,254 in the last two years. PEC registration category C-6 or above is mandatory with specialization codes EE11(i), EE11(ii), or EE11(iii) related to solar energy systems.
