Installation of Solar Street Lights and Drilling and Solarization of WSS at Killi Paind Khan Quetta

The Local Government Quetta invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of two important works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage rates. The works include installation of solar street lights in Quetta with an estimated cost of Rs. 20,000,000 and drilling and solarization of Water Supply Scheme (WSS) at Killi Paind Khan Quetta estimated at Rs. 15,000,000. Items being procured: - Installation of Solar Street Lights in Quetta (Rs. 20,000,000) - Drilling and Solarization of WSS at Killi Paind Khan Quetta (Rs. 15,000,000) Procurement will be conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority and appear on the Active Tax Payer List. The bidding firm must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. The bidder must have completed at least 3 assignments of similar nature with a minimum turnover of Rs. 14,000,000 for the solar street lights and Rs. 10,500,000 for the drilling and solarization work in the last 3 years. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security is required in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 3% for the first work and 2% for the second work, issued by a scheduled bank in the name of the undersigned.
