Installation of Solar System at FG Public School Girls and FG Inter College Bahawalpur

The Federal Government Educational Institutions (Cantt / Garrison) Regional Office Bahawalpur Cantt is inviting sealed bids from contractors approved by MES or Government for the installation of solar systems at two institutions in Bahawalpur. The projects include a 60 KVA On Grid solar system at FG Public School (Girls), Bahawalpur Cantt, and a 20 KVA Hybrid solar system at FG Inter College, Noor Mahal Road, Bahawalpur. Separate tender forms for each institution can be obtained from the Regional Director’s office during office hours upon payment of Rs. 2,000 each, which is non-refundable. The technical scope involves the supply and installation of solar power systems tailored to the specific needs of each institution. Earnest Money in the form of a bank draft amounting to 3% of the bid price must accompany the bid as per PPRA rules clause no. 25. Tenders will be received from 30th June 2026 until 14th July 2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on 14th July 2026 at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders at the Regional Office in Bahawalpur Cantt.
