Installation of Solar System at Hub & Turbat Offices by Balochistan Land Revenue Management Information System

The Balochistan Land Revenue Management Information System invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates on percentage rates. The procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Installation of Solar System at Hub & Turbat offices with an estimated cost of Rs. 9,800,000. Procurement requires bidders to be present in the Active Tax Payer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency of Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. Registration is mandatory. Bidders must have completed 3 assignments of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 6,860,000 in two subsequent previous years, demonstrating financial capacity. Valid Electrical contractor license from Energy Department, Balochistan is required. The procedure of procurement is Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding. Bid security of 2% in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned. Issuance of tender documents is from the date of publication of NIT to 08 September 2026 during office hours on working days. Last date of bid submission is 08 September 2026 till 11:00 AM.
