Installation of Solar System at Wadh, Wahir Arrinji Kanjeer, Kaluk, Dara Khala, Danser Tuk, and Different Area of Wadh District Khuzdar

The Energy Department invites eligible bidders for the installation of solar systems at multiple locations including Wadh, Wahir Arrinji Kanjeer, Kaluk, Dara Khala, Danser Tuk, and other areas within Wadh District Khuzdar. This procurement is based on composite schedule rates for the year 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Installation of Solar System at Wadh - Installation of Solar System at Wahir Arrinji Kanjeer - Installation of Solar System at Kaluk - Installation of Solar System at Dara Khala - Installation of Solar System at Danser Tuk - Installation of Solar System at different areas of Wadh District Khuzdar The scope includes installation works under PSDP No. 1827 ZZ026.1255. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-5 and above, with specialized codes EE11(i) Solar, EE11(ii) Solar Energy, and EE11(iii) Solar Energy System. Firms must have completed at least one assignment of similar nature with a turnover of at least PKR 21,000,000 in the last three years and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency. Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration is mandatory and must be active. Bid security of 2% in the form of a bank guarantee or deposit at call is required. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk and also from the office of the undersigned during office hours. Bids must be submitted electronically by 29th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Tender opening will be held on the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the undersigned and on the EPPS System.
