Installation of Solarized Street Light for Hannaurak, Killi Mirzai and Others Quetta

The Quetta Development Authority invites bids from eligible bidders for the installation of solarized street lights at Hannaurak, Killi Mirzai, and other locations in Quetta city. This procurement is conducted under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014 with a tender fee of Rs. 2000 and a bid security of 2%. Items being procured: - Installation of solarized street light for Hannaurak - Installation of solarized street light for Killi Mirzai - Installation of solarized street light for other locations in Quetta The project requires bidders to have presence in the Active Tax Payer List and not be blacklisted by Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority. The bidder must have completed at least 3 similar assignments with a turnover of at least PKR 126 million in the last 3 years. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-4 or above is mandatory, specifically in EE11(ii) Solar Energy, EE11(iii) Solar Energy System, or EE11(vi) General Electrical Works. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming no conflict of interest, no blacklisting, no major litigation, and no failure to sign contracts in the last 5 years. At least 3 projects with 80% similar activities must have been undertaken within the last 5 years. Subletting or subcontracting is not allowed. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope. Bid security must be submitted as a Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call of 2% from a scheduled bank. Tender documents can be obtained electronically from www.bppra.gob.pk.
