Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 150 KVA DG Set with Canopy at PSO Serai Naurang Depot

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the installation, testing, and commissioning of a 150 KVA diesel generator set with factory-fitted canopy at its Serai Naurang Depot in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This project involves dismantling the existing 300 KVA DG set and shifting it to the designated store or scrap yard, construction of RCC foundation for the new DG set, and complete installation including cable laying and earthing works. Items being procured: - Installation services for 150 KVA DG set with canopy - Dismantling and shifting of existing 300 KVA DG set - Laying and termination of 3.5 core 95 sq.mm power cables - Laying and termination of 50 sq.mm and 70 sq.mm PVC cables for earthing - Installation of earthing electrodes and copper earth bars - Fixing and installation of GI cable trays - Excavation and concrete works for foundation - Supply of steel reinforcement bars and fabrication of steel structure - Supply of copper conductor cables and earthing electrodes The scope includes all civil, mechanical, and electrical works such as foundation excavation, concrete works using sulphate resistant cement, steel reinforcement installation, cable laying with proper termination, earthing system installation with earth resistance testing, and fabrication and painting of steel structures. The DG set will be provided by PSO, and commissioning will be conducted in the presence of PSO and DG set supplier teams. Bidders must ensure compliance with all quality standards, provide certified operators for lifting, and arrange all necessary tools, manpower, and consumables. The contractor is responsible for site restoration and adherence to PSO's HSE policies including provision and use of PPEs. The project completion time is 120 calendar days excluding Sundays and gazetted holidays. Eligibility criteria include relevant experience, FBR/ATL registration, and earnest money as per PSO requirements. Technical and financial bids should be prepared carefully.
