Installation of Tuff Tiles

The Directorate of Intelligence, Lahore (Director General Intelligence and Risk Management, Islamabad.) is procuring the installation of Tuff tiles at its premises located at 358-Jahanzeb Block Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 with funds reserved accordingly. The scope of work includes dismantling and removal of existing materials, site clearance, civil repair works, finishing and interior maintenance, and final cleaning and handover. The contractor will be responsible for coordination and obtaining necessary approvals throughout the project execution. The technical scope covers grey structure works including clearing the site, excavation, PCC flooring, Tuff paver installation over an area of 16,900 square feet, and kerb stone laying. All works must be executed as per the Bill of Quantities and instructions from the Client and Consultant. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and relevant experience in similar construction projects. The evaluation criteria include PEC registration, completed building projects, financial capability, construction schedule, and mobilization plan. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, May 29, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The bid security must be submitted in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or Demand Draft. The successful bidder will not be required to provide a performance guarantee.
