Procurement of T-2080 Insulated Pliers, Adjustable Wrench 300 MM, Chisel Off Size, Double Spanner Set & Torch

The Quetta Electric Supply Company (QESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of T-2080 Insulated Pliers, Adjustable Wrench 300 MM, Chisel Off Size, Double Spanner Set & Torch for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed on a Free Carrier Store (FCS) basis to QESCO Regional Store Sheikhmanda Airport Chowk Quetta. The items being procured include: - Insulated Pliers (Quantity: 202 units in first 60 days, 100 units in next 60 days) - Adjustable Wrench 300 MM (Quantity: 100 units in first 60 days, 97 units in next 60 days) - Chisel Off Size (Quantity: 60 units in first 60 days, 60 units in next 60 days) - Double Spanner Set (Quantity: 80 units in first 60 days, 80 units in next 60 days) - Torch (Quantity: 253 units in first 60 days, 250 units in next 60 days) The technical scope requires all items to conform to approved specifications and samples, with thorough examination and testing by the QESCO Sample Selection Committee to ensure workmanship, material quality, functional performance, durability, safety, ease of operation, and suitability for power utility field applications. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities including FBR and possess valid licenses. Experience with QESCO or other DISCOs in delivering similar tools and equipment over the last two years is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by **Wednesday, October 14, 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
