Integrated Development Project for Parking, Health Department Flats and Reconstruction of Science College Class Rooms in Quetta

The Chief Minister Package for Quetta Development is inviting bids for an integrated development project in Quetta. This project includes the construction of parking facilities at the AG Office, construction of Health Department Flats, and reconstruction of Science College Class Rooms, with a focus on the Health Department Flats only. Eligibility criteria include presence on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority, and no blacklisting by any procuring agency. A bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, along with a tender fee of PKR 1000. The bid security must be submitted as a bank guarantee or deposit from a scheduled bank. Bids must be submitted electronically via the BPRA e-procurement system by 17 July 2026 at 10:00 AM.
