The Communication & Works Department, 2nd Buildings Division Lahore, invites bids for the Integrated Record Preservation and Public Access Management System at Divisional Headquarters (Phase-I), Lahore. This procurement is conducted under PPRA Rule 38 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure (Technical and Financial). Eligible contractors/firms must be enlisted or renewed with PEC for the financial year 2026-27 in category C4 or above with specialization code CE10.
