Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Training and Support of Integrated Security Equipment at NUMS King Hamad Institute Islamabad

The National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) Islamabad invites reputable and experienced firms registered with relevant tax authorities to participate in the procurement for the Supply, Installation, Integration, Testing, Commissioning, Training and Post-Installation Support of Integrated Security Equipment at the King Hamad Institute of Nursing and Allied Medical Sciences (KHINAMS), located at Park Road, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Supply of Integrated Security Equipment - Installation of Security Equipment - Integration of Security Systems - Testing and Commissioning of Equipment - Training for operation and maintenance - Post-Installation Support and Maintenance This tender requires firms to have the technical capability to handle comprehensive security solutions including hardware and software integration at a medical sciences institute. The scope covers full lifecycle services from supply to post-installation support ensuring operational readiness and security compliance. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and possess valid NTN and GST registration. Firms should provide company profiles and an undertaking of non-blacklisting by any government department. Experience in similar security system projects will be advantageous. Earnest Money at 2% of the quoted bid price is required in the form of CDR or Pay Order as part of the financial proposal. Tender documents can be obtained from the NUMS Procurement Directorate in Rawalpindi upon submission of a non-refundable Pay Order/CDR of PKR 3,000. The documents are available from Wednesday, 15 July 2026 until Monday, 3 August 2026 during office hours (0800-1600 hrs). The last date and time for submission is Monday, 3 August 2026 at or before 0930 hours. Bids will be opened at the Conference Room, NUMS (ATR), Adiyala Road, Rawalpindi. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their technical and financial proposals as per PPRA rules. Only technical proposals will be opened initially, and financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Late, incomplete, emailed, or faxed bids will not be entertained. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your Earnest Money CDR is correctly labeled and included with your financial proposal to avoid disqualification. Also, strictly follow the submission deadline and venue instructions to ensure your bid is accepted.
