Tender Description
This tender is for the design, development, deployment, integration, and operationalization of a centralized digital domicile issuance system for Karachi Division. It includes hardware supply, software development, and comprehensive support for the entire domicile and PRC process.
The scope covers citizen registration, NADRA integration, document validation, workflow management, certificate generation, delivery tracking, and dashboards for all stakeholders. The system supports 100 million records, multi-language portals, AI-based fraud detection, and secure access control. Hardware includes servers, network equipment, surveillance, and access control systems. The project includes training, testing, and one-year maintenance with strict SLA compliance.
