This comprehensive inspection project covers approximately 20 meters of aboveground pipeline and 1500 meters of underground pipeline. The scope includes visual and integrity inspections using advanced NDT techniques, cathodic protection system audit, excavation and restoration works, and detailed reporting. Items being procured: - Aboveground Pipeline Inspection (20 m) including Visual Inspection, Ultrasonic Thickness (UT) testing, Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), coating restoration - Underground Pipeline Coating Inspection (1500 m) using indirect inspection techniques (DCVG, CIPS, PCM) - Underground Pipeline Excavation and Inspection including bell hole excavation, UT thickness gauging, coating restoration, backfilling, and right-of-way restoration - Cathodic Protection (CP) System Audit including transformer rectifier testing, anode bed testing, potential measurements, isolation integrity checks - Mobilization/Demobilization and transportation charges for Machike installation The technical scope requires all inspections to be performed by API 570 certified inspectors using calibrated instruments. Excavation works must consider soil conditions and high water table, including preventive measures such as dewatering and shoring. All coating repairs must comply with PSO specifications. Comprehensive reports including visual findings, NDT data sheets, CP system drawings, GPS coordinate maps, and BOQs for any repairs are mandatory deliverables.
