Integrity Testing and Repair Services for Pipelines and Equipment at PSO Terminals and Plants

Items being procured: - Services Required for Integrity Testing of HSD & PMG Pipelines at JIMCO Mehmodkot Terminal - Services Required for Integrity Testing & Assessment of LPG and Firefighting pipeline at LPG Plant Dhurnal & Akhora Khattak - Repairing and Overhauling of 300 KVA DG Set at PSO Mehmodkot - Services Required for Integrity Inspection of Underground HSD PARCO Receipt Pipeline of 12" Dia at PSO Machike Terminal - Contract for Periodic Maintenance and Calibration of CFR Engine at PSO Central Lab Karachi The scope covers technical services including pipeline integrity testing, firefighting pipeline assessment, mechanical repair and overhauling of diesel generator sets, underground pipeline inspection, and maintenance and calibration of critical lab engines. These services require contractors with relevant PEC categories, proven past experience, and valid FBR/ATL registration. The work will be executed at PSO facilities primarily located in Sindh and Punjab provinces. Bidders must submit their technical and financial bids through SAP Ariba portal by the deadlines. For Sr #1, bid submission closes on 11th August 2026 at 14:15 hours, while for Sr #2-5, the closing date is 7th August 2026 at 14:15 hours. Bid opening will be conducted online with commercial bid opening dates communicated later to technically qualified bidders.
