Tender Description
This tender invites bids from established firms, consultants, and companies for organizing Interfaith Harmony Events and Community Exchange Programs in Peshawar under the Auqaf, Hajj, Religious and Minority Affairs Department. The scope includes planning and executing community engagement activities that promote social cohesion and interfaith dialogue within the region.
The department requires experienced entities registered with federal or provincial government bodies to manage these events effectively. The work involves coordination with local communities, managing event logistics, and ensuring compliance with cultural sensitivities. The office is located at Eidgah Complex, Charsadda Road, Peshawar, providing a central hub for project activities.
Bidders should ensure they meet all regulatory requirements including valid PEC registration if applicable, and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. It is advisable to prepare the Technical Bid and Financial Bid separately as per the Single Stage - Two Envelopes procedure. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) may be required as per tender documents.
The submission deadline is set for 16th February 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bid opening scheduled the same day at 12:00 PM in the office of the Additional Secretary at the department's premises. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 6th February 2026 at 11:30 AM to clarify any queries. All bids must be submitted physically in sealed envelopes.
Pro-Tip: Make sure to attend the pre-bid meeting to understand all technical requirements and avoid common pitfalls such as missing the Earnest Money submission or incorrect bid formats, which are often grounds for disqualification.
