Tender Description
This tender invites qualified Chartered Accountant firms to provide Internal Audit Services for Jamshoro Power Company Limited (JPCL) in Jamshoro, Sindh. The assignment covers the financial year 2025-26 and focuses on consultancy services to enhance governance, risk management, and control processes within the company.
The scope includes conducting a systematic internal audit at JPCL's premises and project sites, evaluating risk exposure, compliance with laws and policies, safeguarding assets, and assessing operational efficiency. The audit firm will report directly to the JPCL Audit Committee, providing detailed audit reports and recommendations. The firm must have experience in public sector audits, especially in the power sector, and maintain independence throughout the contract period.
Firms must hold a satisfactory Quality Control Rating from ICAP and meet eligibility criteria including valid NTN and sales tax registration. The contract period is one year with possible extension. The financial proposal must be inclusive of all taxes and out-of-pocket expenses. Firms should ensure compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL requirements for FY 2025-26 to avoid disqualification.
Submission deadline is set for 29th January 2026 at 03:00 PM PST, with technical proposals opened at 03:30 PM the same day. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the Chief Executive Officer at Mohra Jabal Dadu Road, Near LUMHS Hospital, Jamshoro. Financial proposals will be opened separately after technical evaluation.
