Internet Bandwidth Connectivity for PTA Headquarters Islamabad

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites sealed bids from eligible Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for the provision of internet bandwidth connectivity at PTA Headquarters, Islamabad. This procurement is being conducted through the e-Procurement Auction Document System (EPADS v2.0) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Items being procured: - Provision of internet bandwidth connectivity for PTA Headquarters, Islamabad (detailed technical and financial requirements as per EPADS v2.0 tender document) The technical scope includes the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of high-speed internet connectivity at the PTA HQ premises. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and service level requirements as outlined in the EPADS v2.0 document. Only ISPs registered with the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR are eligible to participate. Earnest Money in the form of a Pay Order or CDR, as specified in the tender document, must be submitted with the bid. Bids must be submitted electronically via the EPADS v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on 9th October 2026. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM through the EPADS v2.0 system.
