Provision of Internet Services and Supply of Wifi Access Points/Extenders for Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & IT Rahim Yar Khan

Khwaja Fareed University & Information Technology (KFUEIT) invites e-bids under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure from well-reputed, active taxpaying (FBR/PRA), and PTA registered Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for the provision of Internet Services and supply of Wifi Access Points/Extenders at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering & IT Rahim Yar Khan. Items being procured: - Framework Contract for the Provision of Internet Services (Lot-1) - Supply of Wifi Access Point/Extenders (Lot-2) Bidders may bid for a single lot or both lots separately. The contract for Lot-1 will be billed monthly for 24 months, with the University reserving the right to reduce active connections (up to 45) during vacations or recess, with payment limited to operational connections. Bidding documents are available for free download on the Punjab EPADS portal and PPRA website. Separate Technical and Financial E-Bids must be submitted exclusively via Punjab EPADS portal by 10:00 AM on 20-10-2026. Bids will be opened at 10:30 AM the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. All bids must be accompanied by 3% Bid Security of the estimated cost as per Rule 27 of PPRA Rules 2014, paid online through EPADS portal. Late or incomplete bids without bid security will not be entertained. KFUEIT reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time prior to acceptance under Rule 35 of PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents and ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification.
