Provision of Services For ISO 9001:2015 Certification Drug Control Administrations of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK)

The Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP) invites bids for the provision of Non-Consultancy Services for ISO 9001:2015 certification of Drug Control Administrations across multiple regions including Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT), Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Gilgit Baltistan, and Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK). This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to ensure quality management systems compliance as per ISO 9001:2015 standards. Items being procured: - ISO 9001:2015 certification of Pharmacy Services & Drug Control, ICT (1 Qty) - ISO 9001:2015 certification of Drug Control Administration, Punjab (1 Qty) - ISO 9001:2015 certification of Drug Control Administration, Sindh (1 Qty) - ISO 9001:2015 certification of Drug Control Administration, Balochistan (1 Qty) - ISO 9001:2015 certification of Directorate General Drug Control & Pharmacy Services, KPK (1 Qty) - ISO 9001:2015 certification of Drug Control Administration, GB (1 Qty) - ISO 9001:2015 certification of Drug Control Administration, AJK (1 Qty) The scope includes conducting certification audits, identifying gaps, issuing separate certificates for each office, conducting surveillance audits, and providing technical advice and training to QMS coordinators and internal auditors. The certification period covers three years for the first certification cycle. The services will be delivered at specified locations such as Health Department ICT Islamabad, Directorate of Drug Control Punjab Lahore, Drug Control Administration Karachi, Quetta, Peshawar, Gilgit, and Muzaffarabad. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PNAC and demonstrate relevant experience in ISO 9001:2015 certification audits. Bidders must comply with FBR/ATL registration and provide documentary evidence of qualifications. The technical bid will be evaluated on experience, methodology, and key expert qualifications.
