Procurement of IT Equipment for Academic Block-2 SNS NUST Islamabad

The Department of IT at SNS, National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), located in H-12 Campus Islamabad, is procuring advanced IT equipment specifically for Academic Block-2. This procurement includes branded Intel Ci7 14th Gen Mini Tower CPUs with 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, built-in Wi-Fi, keyboard and mouse; branded 2 KVA line-interactive smart tower UPS units equivalent to APC SMT2200I; and a 75-inch 4K Smart LED TV with 144Hz refresh rate or equivalent. The scope covers supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of these items with a minimum one-year warranty including spares and after-sales service. Suppliers must ensure availability of essential maintenance spares for at least five years post commissioning. Eligible bidders must be authorized well-established suppliers, OEMs, or distributors with NTN and active ATL status in FBR records. They should provide valid authorization letters from OEMs, demonstrate financial strength through audited statements and bank statements, and have relevant experience supported by company profiles and project references. Blacklisted firms are disqualified. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS system with a sealed hard copy of the technical bid and earnest money (3% of total quoted value) presented at the time of technical bid opening.
