Procurement of IT Equipment, Accessories, LEDs, Screens, Fans, Printers and Scanners

Jinnah Medical Construction Company (JMC) is inviting bids for the procurement of a range of IT equipment and related accessories for its operations in Islamabad. This opportunity is open to FBR-registered and manufacturer-authorized suppliers and dealers who can provide the specified goods in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The procurement is divided into two distinct lots, and bidders may participate for one or both lots as per their eligibility and product offering. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Laptops, Desktop Computers, Desk Screen, Printer & Scanner (Bid Security: PKR 303,800) - Lot 2: LEDs, Fans & Digital Camera (Bid Security: PKR 45,000) The technical scope covers the supply and delivery of high-quality IT hardware, including computing devices, display screens, office printers, scanners, energy-efficient LED screens, cooling fans, and digital cameras. All items must be new, genuine, and compliant with the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Suppliers are expected to ensure timely delivery and installation where required. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Manufacturer authorization is mandatory for all IT equipment. Bid security in the form of a Pay Order or CDR must be submitted for each lot as specified above. The procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage – One Envelope procedure under the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. The deadline for bid submission is Monday, August 24, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids must be submitted electronically via the PPRA EPADS Vendor Portal. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for August 17, 2026 at 11:00 AM, and the bid opening will take place on August 24, 2026 at 11:30 AM at the JMC office, 4th Floor, Ufone Tower, Jinnah Avenue, Blue Area, Islamabad.
