I.T Equipment Procurement by Directorate General Agriculture (Water Management) Punjab Lahore

The Directorate General Agriculture (Water Management) Punjab Lahore under the Punjab Resilient and Inclusive Agriculture Transformation Project (PRIAT) invites sealed quotations from eligible firms for procurement of I.T Equipment. This procurement is aimed at supporting the project implementation with quality IT hardware. Items being procured: - Laser Jet Printers (15 units) The procurement will be conducted in accordance with World Bank Procurement Regulations 2026. Bidders must submit complete quotations as partial bids are not allowed. Purchase orders will be awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder meeting all criteria. Interested bidders can obtain the Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents from the office of the Director General Agriculture (WM)/PD-PRIAT at Agriculture House, 21-Davis Road, Lahore during office hours upon payment of Rs.200. Sealed quotations must be delivered to the same address on or before 19th November 2026 till 11:15 am. The bids will be opened on 19th November 2026 at 11:45 am in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Taxes will be deducted as per government rules. NTN, STN, and PRA registration certificates must be provided with the bid. Bidders are required to submit their best and final prices inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties as no negotiations will be entertained.
