Procurement of IT Hardware and Equipment for ITOPS-05 Project

Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for procurement of IT hardware and equipment under the Technology Advancement Program for Information and Culture Punjab Project, identified as ITOPS-05. Mandatory lot details are: Lot 1, Miscellaneous Hardware, comprising 2 desktop PCs with Core i5 processors, 2 UPS units of 1 KVA, 3 laser printers, and 2 document scanners; estimated cost **PKR 1,500,000** with fixed bid security of **PKR 30,000**. Lot 2, Photocopier, comprising 1 photocopy machine; estimated cost **PKR 800,000** with fixed bid security of **PKR 16,000**. Lot 3, Mobile Phones, comprising 5 iOS mobile phones and 8 Android mobile phones; estimated cost **PKR 8,500,000** with fixed bid security of **PKR 170,000**. Bidders must provide technically compliant, new and standard equipment in accordance with the specifications and conditions contained in the tender documents. Income or sales tax registration certificates and all other documents required in the tender document must accompany the bid. The specified fixed bid security should be submitted in the prescribed form and amount. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered. Technical and financial bids must be prepared separately, completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk.
