Provision of Janitorial and Cleaning Services for CPEC Secretariat Islamabad

The China Pakistan Economic Corridor Secretariat Islamabad is procuring janitorial and cleaning services for its premises located at 5th Floor, Science and Technology Building, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. This procurement is for a contract duration of one year and requires deployment of four janitorial staff to maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the office. Items being procured: - Four (04) janitorial staff for daily office cleaning - Daily cleaning of all rooms, corridors, washrooms, staircases, and common areas - Dusting and wiping of furniture, computers, telephones, and office equipment - Cleaning and mopping of floors, tiles, and carpets - Cleaning and disinfection of washrooms including supply of necessary consumables - Collection and disposal of garbage on daily basis - Cleaning of glass doors, windows, and partitions - Any other cleaning task assigned by the procuring agency The technical scope includes professional janitorial services performed daily during official working hours or as directed. The procuring agency will provide necessary cleaning materials and equipment. The bidder must ensure proper supervision of janitorial staff and maintain quality standards. Replacement of any absent or unsatisfactory staff must be done within 24 hours. Attendance registers will be maintained by the procuring agency to ensure daily presence. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be legally registered firms with at least two years of experience in janitorial or cleaning services, registered on EPADS with valid NTN and GST. Firms must comply with minimum wage laws and provide proof of registration and experience. The average annual turnover should be at least PKR 3 million.
