Tender Description
The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Regional Directorate Quetta is procuring janitorial services on a rate running contract basis for a period of one year. This tender specifically targets service providers capable of delivering comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services at multiple NTC sites in Quetta including the Directorate Office, Phones division offices, Transmission division offices, Finance offices, Admin & HR offices, and other related premises.
The scope of work includes daily vacuuming and spot cleaning of carpets and rooms, cleaning of reception and customer service areas, store rooms, corridors, staircases, and external areas of the building. The contractor is also responsible for washing toilets, urinals, sinks, and mirrors using branded disinfectants, as well as emergency cleaning services as required. Weekly and monthly tasks include washing towels, cleaning external windows, and removal of spider webs. The contractor must provide cleaning materials such as Lervia soap, towels, tissue rolls, air fresheners, and phenyl balls, ensuring their regular availability and quality as per NTC discretion.
Eligible bidders must have at least three years of relevant experience providing janitorial services to government or reputable private organizations in Pakistan. Registration with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Balochistan Revenue Authority is mandatory. Bidders must submit a judicial paper undertaking confirming they are not blacklisted and have no ownership links with India or Israel. Compliance with all tender clauses and submission of required documents including bid security of PKR 1,300,000 is essential.
The bid submission deadline is 23rd June 2026 at 11:00 AM via the EPADS platform only. Manual or emailed bids will not be accepted. The bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM at the NTC Regional Directorate Quetta. Bidders should ensure their bids are complete, signed, and submitted timely to avoid disqualification. A practical tip for bidders is to conduct a thorough site survey before bidding to accurately assess cleaning requirements and prepare a competitive and compliant technical bid.
This tender offers a significant opportunity for qualified janitorial service providers to engage with a prominent government entity in Balochistan, ensuring steady work and timely payments upon satisfactory service delivery.
