Provision of Janitorial Services including Cleaning Material and Supplies for FY 2026-2027

The Special Investment Facilitation Council Division (SIFC) Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputed firms and suppliers registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Department for the provision of janitorial services including cleaning materials and supplies for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad office of SIFC. Items being procured: - Janitorial Services - Cleaning Material - Cleaning Supplies The scope includes comprehensive janitorial services along with the supply of all necessary cleaning materials and consumables to maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the SIFC premises. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications and regulatory requirements as outlined in the bidding documents available on the EPADS portal. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess valid Sales Tax registration. Firms should have relevant experience in providing janitorial services to government or large institutional clients. Blacklisted firms are not eligible to participate. The tender documents and e-bidding instructions are accessible on EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 17th August 2026 before 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. An earnest money deposit of Rs. 300,000 is required as bid security. The original bid security instrument must be submitted to the Deputy Director (General), SIFC Islamabad before the closing time. The call deposit of successful bidders will be retained until 30th June 2027. Rates quoted must remain valid until 30th June 2027 and comply with the Federal Government’s minimum wage requirements. Prices should be quoted in Pakistani Rupees only. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your GST and AGPR vendor numbers are clearly mentioned on all tender documents to avoid disqualification.
