Janitorial Services for Ministry of Commerce Office Premises Islamabad

The Ministry of Commerce Islamabad invites bids for the provision of Janitorial Services at its office premises located on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of Block 'A', Pak Secretariat. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 under contract reference P119092. Items being procured: - Janitorial Staff (10 persons) The scope includes comprehensive cleaning of all rooms, halls, conference rooms, staff rooms, kitchens, reception areas, corridors, carpets, toilets, window glass panels, lighting fixtures, fans, boards, logos, staircases, and external passages once daily. The contract requires provision of experienced, trained, and skilled labor along with supervision and management. Cleaning of water tanks with provision of chemicals and disinfectants is also included. The contractor must use top-of-the-line equipment and environmentally friendly cleaning products and bear the cost of any damage to equipment or machinery during the work. Eligibility criteria include local registration, valid NADRA citizenship documents, FBR NTN and GST registration, and non-blacklisting affidavit. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and submit bids electronically by 30th September 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bid security and performance guarantee are required as per bidding documents. The contract period is one year, extendable based on satisfactory performance. Payment will be made monthly after satisfactory service delivery and applicable tax deductions.
