Tender Description
This tender invites bids for janitorial services at the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety located in Islamabad. The department requires three janitors to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across office premises, corridors, washrooms, and surrounding areas throughout the fiscal year 2025-26. The contract includes provision of cleaning materials and equipment, which must be of high quality and environmentally friendly.
The scope covers sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting washrooms, glass partitions, and disposal of garbage. The site is situated on the 4th floor of the Evacuee Trust Complex, F-5/1, Islamabad. The contractor must ensure trained, uniformed staff with immediate substitutes available in case of absenteeism. Regular inspections will be conducted to maintain service standards.
Bidders must be registered with EOBI and FBR, holding Active Taxpayer status. A minimum of three years' relevant experience and current contracts in janitorial or facility management services are mandatory. PEC category is not applicable, but compliance with labor laws, minimum wage, and social security contributions is essential. Firms should ensure all workers have valid CNICs and police character certificates. The financial year 2025-26 requirements include submission of bid security and adherence to PPRA rules.
Submission deadline is **22 January 2026** by 23:59:59 via the EPADS online portal. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes as per Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure.
