Tender Description
This tender invites bids for janitorial services at the Pakistan Institute for Parliamentary Services (PIPS) office located in Islamabad. The department requires experienced firms to provide comprehensive cleaning and maintenance services for its four-level multi-story building in Sector F-5/2. The scope includes daily cleaning, floor buffing, glass and grill cleaning, fumigation, and emergency cleaning services.
The work demands firms with at least five years of relevant experience and a well-equipped setup including hydraulic lifts, buff machines, scrubbers, and thermal foggers. The janitorial staff must be properly uniformed and supervised, ensuring cleanliness of marble floors, washrooms, offices, and external areas. Special attention is required for high-rise glass cleaning and fumigation using WHO-approved pesticides. The site is in Islamabad, requiring firms to be familiar with local standards and regulations.
Bidders must be registered with Income and Sales Tax Departments and possess valid NTN and sales tax certificates. Firms should also be registered with EOBI and Social Security and have a minimum annual turnover as per the evaluation criteria. Compliance with PEC categories is not applicable here, but adherence to FBR and ATL requirements for the financial year 2025-26 is essential. Earnest Money of PKR 20,000 must be submitted via Pay Order.
The submission deadline is set for 11 March 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with technical bids opening at 11:30 a.m. on the same day at the PIPS office, Ataturk Avenue, Sector F-5/2, Islamabad. Bidders must submit their proposals both online via E-PADS and in sealed hard copy envelopes clearly marked as Technical and Financial Proposals.
