Janitorial Services for Regional Tax Office-I, Income Tax Building Karachi

The Federal Board of Revenue (Inland Revenue) invites bids for the provision of janitorial and conservancy services at the Regional Tax Office-I located in the Income Tax Building, Shahrah-e-Kamal Atta Turk, Karachi. This procurement is for the financial year 2026-27 with contract commencement expected on November 27, 2026. The scope includes deployment of 17 personnel comprising 2 supervisors and 15 sweepers to perform daily cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, swabbing of reception areas, corridors, offices, toilets, windows, furniture, cabinets, and garbage collection across the Ground, 3rd, 5th, 6th, and 7th floors of the office building. Items being procured: - Janitorial services personnel: 17 persons (including 2 supervisors) - Daily cleaning and maintenance of offices, common areas, toilets, windows, and garbage disposal The contractor is responsible for providing all cleaning materials and equipment at their own cost, including floor polish, phenyl, washing powder, vim, chemicals, mops, dusters, brushes, liquid soap, and other necessary items. Supervisors must be present during office hours from 07:30 AM to 4:30 PM. The contract period is one year from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with a probation period of three months. The contractor must comply with all applicable laws including payment of wages and maintain proper uniforms for staff. Eligibility requires registration with Income Tax and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on November 12, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically to the specified office address in Karachi. The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Manual bid submissions will not be accepted.
