Supply, Installation and Configuration of Kiosk for H&AI Islamabad

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable firms for the supply, installation, and configuration of a kiosk for the Health & Accident Insurance (H&AI) Regional Office in Islamabad. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the premium collection process and improving customer facilitation at the Islamabad office. The project is open to all firms registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Items being procured: - Supply, installation, and configuration of one (1) kiosk for H&AI Islamabad, fully integrated with the SLIC H&AI Premium Collection Account and compatible with ePADs (Electronic Payment and Deposit System). The technical scope includes the provision of a modern kiosk system capable of handling premium collections, customer authentication, and integration with State Life's digital payment infrastructure. The kiosk must be robust, user-friendly, and compliant with the latest security protocols. The successful bidder will be responsible for installation, configuration, and initial training of staff. Eligible bidders must submit a bid security of 2 percent of the total bid value in the form of a Pay Order or CDR in favor of SLIC H&AI Premium Collection Account. Firms must be registered with FBR and listed on the ATL. Bidding documents can be downloaded from the State Life website or PPRA portal. Bids must be submitted through the ePADs system by 11:00 AM on 6 October 2026. Late submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Regional Office, Islamabad. A practical tip: Ensure your technical proposal clearly demonstrates compatibility with ePADs and includes all required certifications, as incomplete documentation may lead to disqualification.
