Procurement of Laboratory, Farm Equipment, Chemicals and Glassware

The University of Agriculture Peshawar invites electronic bids through EPADS from eligible companies for goods required under technology development and HEC-NRPU projects. The procurement covers laboratory, farm, chemical and glassware requirements for specified university departments and projects. Mandatory lots/items list: Sr# 1: Procurement of lab/farm equipment for the Department of Climate Change Sciences under the TDC Project at the University of Agriculture Peshawar; bid security 4%; bid submission deadline **19 August 2026 at 1:30 PM**; opening at 2:00 PM. Sr# 2: Procurement of lab/farm equipment for the Department of Poultry Science, F AHVS, under the TDC Project at the University of Agriculture Peshawar; bid security 4%; bid submission deadline **19 August 2026 at 1:45 PM**; opening at 2:15 PM. Sr# 3: Procurement of lab equipment, chemicals and glassware for the Department of Plant Protection under the HEC-NRPU Project at the University of Agriculture Peshawar; bid security 4%; bid submission deadline **19 August 2026 at 2:00 PM**; opening at 2:30 PM. The technical scope comprises supply of the equipment, laboratory items, farm-related equipment, chemicals and glassware detailed in the electronic bidding documents and applicable specifications. Bidders must have valid NTN, registration with KPRA and applicable sales tax registration. Participants should also ensure active tax status or ATL compliance where required by the tender documents. The original CDR in the form of a call deposit in favour of the Treasurer, The University of Agriculture Peshawar, must be submitted separately, together with the original bid fee receipt. Bid fees are **Rs. 3,000** for Sr# 1 and **Rs. 2,000** each for Sr# 2 and Sr# 3. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Original affidavits and the original CDR with fee receipt are to be placed in a separate envelope and submitted to the Project Director Office, Technology Development Centre, The University of Agriculture Peshawar, Peshawar, before the applicable deadline.
