Procurement of Laboratory Items and General Laboratory Equipment for Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Hospitals

Sahiwal Medical College and Allied Hospitals, Sahiwal, invites bids from PPRA-registered, income tax and sales tax registered manufacturers, authorized sole distributors, suppliers, and contractors for the procurement of laboratory items and laboratory general items for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is being conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended), through the Punjab e-Procurement System / PPRA. Items being procured: - Laboratory Items – Hematology (Estimated Cost: Rs. 9,647,900) - Laboratory Items – Microbiology (Estimated Cost: Rs. 18,886,940) - Laboratory Items – Histopathology (Estimated Cost: Rs. 20,093,000) - Laboratory General Items (Estimated Cost: Rs. 102,286,500) - Laboratory Items on Reagent Rental (RR) Basis (free placement of analyzer(s)/equipment; payment on Cost-Per-Test basis) (Estimated Cost: Rs. 13,898,650) The technical scope covers a wide range of laboratory consumables, reagents, and equipment for hematology, microbiology, histopathology, and general laboratory use, including items on reagent rental basis. Bidders must provide detailed specifications and quantities as per the bidding documents. The procurement is for Sahiwal Teaching Hospital, Sahiwal Institute of Cardiology, and Sahiwal Medical College. Eligibility criteria include valid PPRA registration, NTN/STRN certificates, and submission of bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, or Pay Order as specified for each lot.
