The quoted rates must remain valid up to 30-06-2027, and no escalation in rates will be allowed after submission. Eligibility requirements include valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, company profile, client list, and a bid security of 2% of the estimated tender value (in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, CDR, or Bank Guarantee in favor of Executive Director, NICH, Karachi).
