Procurement of Laptops for Pakistan Telecommunication Authority EPADS v2.0

Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) invites bids for the procurement of laptops through its e-Pak E-Bidding system (EPADS v2.0). This procurement is being conducted under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure as per the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The selection method is Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). All bidders must ensure compliance with FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) requirements and other eligibility criteria as per the Public Procurement Rules.
