Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of laptops, desktop computers with licensed software, and printers to the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) office in Islamabad. The procurement covers 10 laptops, 86 desktop computers, 90 black & white printers, and 6 color printers, all meeting specified technical standards and warranty requirements. The items will be delivered to OGRA's head office located at 37-Mauve Area, Service Road South, G-10/4, Islamabad.
The scope includes high-performance laptops with Intel Core i7 processors, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD storage, and Windows 11 Professional with MS Office 2024. Desktop computers require Intel Core i5 or higher processors, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and Windows 11 Professional with MS Office 2021. Printers must be HP or equivalent with duplex printing and WiFi connectivity. The delivery timeline is 4 to 6 weeks post-purchase order. The technical specifications ensure compatibility with OGRA's IT infrastructure and operational efficiency.
Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, have at least five years of relevant experience, and provide a bid security of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Pay Order. The tender follows PPRA Rule 36(a) for a single-stage one-envelope procedure. Firms should ensure valid PEC registration if applicable and maintain ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. The bid validity is 90 days, and performance bonds of 5% of the contract value are required from successful bidders.
The submission deadline is on the 20th of January, 2026, by 11:00 a.m., with bid opening at 11:30 a.m. at OGRA's Head Office, Islamabad. Bids must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal, with original bid security sent physically to OGRA. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
