Tender Description
The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Assembly invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of IT and office equipment for its official use in Muzaffarabad. This notice covers a comprehensive range of items required to enhance the Assembly's technological and administrative infrastructure.
Items being procured:
- Laptop: Core i5, 10-13th Generation, 8/16 GB RAM, 256/512 GB NVMe SSD, 15.6 inch FHD, Windows 11 Pro (Qty: 05, HP/Lenovo or equivalent)
- Tablet: Samsung/OPPO/Apple, latest model (Qty: 01)
- Desktop Computer: Intel Core i5, 10-13th Gen, 8/12 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, 1TB HDD, LED 24 inch, keyboard & cable (Qty: 06, HP/Dell/Lenovo or equivalent)
- Personal Computer (All in One): Core i5, 10-13th Gen, 8/12 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, Windows 11 Pro, 21.5 inch (Qty: 01, HP/Dell/Lenovo or equivalent)
- Printer: Legal size, HP/Samsung or equivalent (Qty: 05)
- Scanner: HP/Samsung or equivalent (Qty: 01)
- Copy Printer Machine: New, Ricoh/Canon or equivalent (Qty: 01)
- Photostat Machine: New, Toshiba/Canon/Ricoh or equivalent (Qty: 01)
- Multimedia: 4000 Lumens, WiFi (Qty: 01, Sony/BenQ or equivalent)
- Camera Latest Model: Dslr, 4K, pocket, all shades of lenses (Qty: 01, Canon/Nikon/Sony or equivalent)
The technical scope includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of the above items at the Assembly premises. All equipment must be brand new, latest models, and delivered with original accessories. Bidders must be registered with FBR and AJK Revenue Board, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money of 2% of the bid value in the form of CDR/Pay Order is mandatory. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the undersigned office by 11:00 AM on 11 October 2026. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
