The Legislative Assembly of Azad Jammu & Kashmir, based in Muzaffarabad, invites sealed bids for the supply of IT equipment and office machinery under a Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure. This procurement aims to enhance the technological and administrative infrastructure of the Assembly by acquiring the latest models of computers, printers, and related devices. Bidders are encouraged to participate by submitting competitive offers for the following items: - Laptop: Core i5, 10-13th Generation, 8/16 GB RAM, 256/512 GB NVMe SSD, 15.6 inch FHD, Windows 11 Pro (03 units, HP, Dell, Lenovo or equivalent) - Tablet: Latest Model (03 units, Samsung, OPPO, Apple or equivalent) - Desktop Computer: Intel Core i5, 10-13th Generation, 8/12 GB RAM, 512/256 GB NVMe SSD, 24 inch FHD IPS LED, Windows 11 Pro, with mouse, keyboard & cables (05 units, HP, Dell, Lenovo or equivalent) - Personal Computer (All in One): Intel Core i5, 10-13th Generation, 8/12 GB RAM, 512/256 GB NVMe SSD, Windows 11 Pro, with mouse, keyboard & cable (05 units, HP, Dell, Lenovo or equivalent) - Printer: LaserJet Pro (WiFi printer, 05 units, HP, Samsung or equivalent) - Scanner: Legal size (01 unit, HP, Samsung, Epson or equivalent) - Copy Printer Machine: New (01 unit, HP, Samsung or equivalent) - Photostate Machine: New (01 unit, Toshiba, Canon, Richo, Sharp or equivalent) - Multimedia: 4000 Lumens, WiFi (01 unit, Sony, Epson, Samsung or equivalent) - Camera Latest Model: DJI Osmo Pocket 4p (with all shades of lenses, 01 unit, DJI, Canon, Nikon, Sony or equivalent) All items must be new and of the latest models as specified. Bidders must be registered with FBR (Active Taxpayer List) and possess valid GST and NTN certificates. An earnest money of PKR 200,000 in the form of CDR is required with the bid. Bids must be submitted by 26 October 2026, 11:30 AM, at the office of the Deputy Secretary (Administration), Legislative Assembly AJK, Muzaffarabad. Late submissions will not be entertained.
