Laying of GPON/OFC Network for Lahore High Court Multan Bench, CMA Multan and OFC Network for DCMA Gujranwala

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Lahore invites bids for the laying of GPON and Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) networks at Lahore High Court Multan Bench, Controller Military Account (CMA) Multan, and for provision of intranet connectivity to Deputy Controller Military Accounts (DCMA) offices at Gujranwala. This tender is issued by the Director Development Central NTC Lahore and covers turnkey installation and deployment of next-generation telecommunication infrastructure in Punjab province. Technical bids must include earnest money (tender security) as specified, and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADs by 10:30 AM on July 7, 2026, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day at NTC Lahore office. The contract duration is 12 weeks for Lot-I and 15 weeks for Lot-II from the date of work order. Performance security of 10% of contract value is required.
