Tender Description

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Lahore invites bids for the laying of GPON and Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) networks at Lahore High Court Multan Bench, Controller Military Account (CMA) Multan, and for provision of intranet connectivity to Deputy Controller Military Accounts (DCMA) offices at Gujranwala. This tender is issued by the Director Development Central NTC Lahore and covers turnkey installation and deployment of next-generation telecommunication infrastructure in Punjab province. The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of optical fiber cables, FDH cabinets, ODF racks, manageable switches, patch cords, HDPE and GI pipes, joint enclosures, and related accessories as per detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ). The work involves trench excavation, cable laying, splicing, testing, and commissioning at multiple sites. The contractor is responsible for obtaining Right of Way (ROW) and NOC permissions, transportation, and ensuring safety and compliance with all statutory regulations. Eligible bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-06 or above with specialization EE-07 or EE-08, have valid FBR registration, and at least three years of relevant telecommunication experience in Pakistan. Firms must not be blacklisted and should have established offices in Pakistan. Technical bids must include earnest money (tender security) as specified, and bids must be submitted electronically via EPADs by 10:30 AM on July 7, 2026, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day at NTC Lahore office. The contract duration is 12 weeks for Lot-I and 15 weeks for Lot-II from the date of work order. Performance security of 10% of contract value is required. Warranty period is 12 months post provisional acceptance. Bidders should carefully prepare their technical and financial bids, ensuring all documents and BOQs are complete and compliant.
