Laying of GPON/OFC Network and Provision of Intranet Connectivity at Lahore High Court Multan Bench, CMA Multan and DCMA Gujranwala

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Lahore invites experienced and registered firms to undertake the laying of GPON and Optical Fiber Cable (OFC) networks for intranet connectivity at Lahore High Court Multan Bench, Controller Military Account (CMA) Multan, and Deputy Controller Military Accounts (DCMA) Gujranwala. This tender covers two lots: LOT-I involves deployment of GPON OFC network and laying of OFC network at Multan, while LOT-II focuses on laying OFC network for intranet connectivity at DCMA Gujranwala. The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of optical fiber cables, FDH cabinets, ODF racks, manageable switches, patch cords, HDPE pipes, and related accessories as per detailed Bill of Quantities and drawings. The works require trench excavation, cable laying, splicing, testing, and commissioning on a turnkey basis. Eligible bidders must hold valid PEC registration in category C-06 or above with specialization EE-07 or EE-08, be registered with FBR, and have at least three years of relevant telecommunication experience supported by job completion certificates. Firms must not be blacklisted and should have an established office in Pakistan. Technical bids must include earnest money (tender security) as specified, company profile, and all required documents. The contract includes a 12-month warranty period post provisional acceptance. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADs (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 10:30 AM on July 7, 2026, with bid opening at 11:00 AM the same day at NTC Lahore office. Original bid security must reach the office before the deadline. Manual or late submissions will be rejected. The contract will be awarded lot-wise to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Performance security of 10% of contract value is required upon award. A practical tip for bidders: ensure all bid documents are complete and signed with official seals, and upload scanned copies of bid security on EPADs timely. Also, conduct a thorough engineering survey of sites beforehand to prepare accurate bids and avoid delays.
