The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its Village Electrification division invites bids for the laying of HT/LT underground cables and construction of transformer plinths for external electrification in Sub Sector G-14/2 Islamabad Part-IV. This procurement is under the jurisdiction of the Construction Division IESCO Islamabad and is planned for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes excavation of trenches, supply of first-class burnt bricks, supply of dust-free coarse sand, road gate path crossing, and laying of HT/LT cables along with construction of transformer plinths as per WAPDA/IESCO specifications. The work involves civil and electrical components such as RCC pipeline laying, brickwork, cement concrete, cable laying, and jointing. Eligible bidders must be registered engineering firms with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) codes EE-04, EE-05, CE-10, prequalified by NTDC Lahore, and registered with FBR and Punjab Revenue Authority with active status. They must have filed income tax returns for FY 2024-25 and demonstrate experience in similar works with DISCOs or government/semi-government organizations. Joint ventures are allowed with specific conditions including joint bank accounts and registration on EPADS.
