Laying of Main Water Supply Line and Construction of Water Supply System for Meerani Housing Scheme Turbat

The Meerani Housing Scheme Turbat invites bids from eligible bidders for execution of following works for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2026 on percentage rates. Items being procured: - Laying of Main Water Supply Line for Meerani Housing Scheme TSE-2627091196043 - Construction of Water Supply System for Meerani Housing Scheme Turbat TSE No. 2627091196033 Procurements shall be made under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility of bidders requires presence in Active Tax Payer List, no blacklisting by any procuring agency or Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, registration, and completion of 2 assignments of similar nature with turnover and PKR amounts as specified. Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for Serial 1.C-4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE09(ii) (Water Supply) and C-6 and above (up to 25 million) in relevant category and specialized code CE09(ii) (Water Supply) is mandatory. Bid security of 2% of each work is required in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for serial 1 and from the office for serial 2 upon deposit of 2,000 PKR (non-refundable) in the head of account C-02716 through Government Treasury/National Bank of Pakistan. Issuance of tender documents starts from the date of publication of NIT to 12 October 2026 during office hours on working days. Last date of bid submission is 12 October 2026 till 12:00 PM. Tender opening will be on the same day at 01:00 PM at the office of the undersigned, Office of The Commissioner, Makuran Division, Commissionerry Road Turbat. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids with all required documents and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification. Earnest money and bid security must be in proper form as specified to comply with tender rules.
